Children in Worship
Children are welcome in our worship service and there is a portion of time set aside in each service specifically for them. The Children's Sermon invites children to the front of the Sanctuary, where an illustration and discussion is held that relates to their lives. Drawing upon topics such as school, sports, friends and siblings, matters of faith and God are translated into a language that the children can understand and relate to. Following the Children's Sermon, children are invited to Sunday School where they continue to learn about God and the Bible in an approachable and understandable manner, while adults remain in the service for a time of quiet reflection, prayer and the sermon.

Sunday School
With commitments to sports, school and other activities as busy they are, we make our time with the children in Sunday school count! We welcome all children to learn and grow in their faith, through culturally relevant, seasonally appropriate, fun and engaging lessons. Our staff of professional, young-adult teachers, all with experience in education, teach lessons that are based on the Bible and relate to the lives of our children.

Classes are held for children in Pre K through 8th Grade, with Nursery care available for infants and toddlers and Confirmation classes for students in 9th Grade. Children begin in the 10:30am Family Worship Service with their families and go to their classes following the Children's Sermon.

Youth Choir
Children of all ages are welcome to sing in our Youth Choir! The Choir participates in the Family Worship Service on a monthly basis and, during rehearsals at 9:30am on Sundays, children learn classic children's worship songs as well as more contemporary pieces, with musical training for young voices. Through music, children learn about the Bible and faith, while increasing their love for singing.

Bell Choir
The Bell Choir is an intergenerational group, made up of children and adults, whose talent enhances our Family Worship at services throughout the year. Four octaves of bells allow for a varied repertoire of musical selections. If you are able to count and know your right from your left, you can ring hand bells. Rehearsals are held on Thursdays at 7:30pm in the Sanctuary.
